At monday.com , we’re redefining how teams track, analyse, and act on their work through powerful dashboards and analytics tools. We're building a brand-new, zero-to-one analytics product that empowers teams to monitor progress, uncover insights, and make smarter decisions.

Please note this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our London office (Fitzrovia).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing SaaS products, ideally with a focus on analytics, dashboards, or data visualization.
• Strong UX design skills, with a portfolio showcasing complex workflows and interactive, data-driven experiences.
• Exceptional interaction and visual design skills with high attention to details.
• Experience in user research methodologies, including generative research, usability testing, and iterative prototyping.
• Ability to adapt, iterate, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a team-first mindset.
• Excited about how AI can redefine the way we work. From adopting new tools to refining processes which increase our efficiency and craft.
