Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the redesign of a key customer experience. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, scale-up environment, backed by over 40 years of industry success. You’ll be at the forefront of transforming a high-profile product, shaping every crucial touchpoint, and laying the foundation for a full redesign set for launch in 2025.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design of B2B and B2C experiences, creating seamless solutions for diverse user needs.
• Drive the transition from legacy systems to modern platforms, optimizing usability, and performance.
• Apply A/B testing to validate design decisions, ensuring they are data-driven and user-centered.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable design systems that meet both business goals and user needs.
• Balance visionary design thinking with practical execution, iterating to deliver measurable results at each stage.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven expertise in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio of seamless, user-centered solutions.
• Experience in B2B and B2C, including navigating legacy systems and improving established designs.
• Solid experience using A/B testing to inform design decisions and optimize user experience.
• A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment, able to inspire collaboration and drive innovation.
• A problem-solver with a growth mindset, passionate about iteration and delivering impactful results.
• Comfort in challenging the status quo while delivering practical, scalable solutions that move the business forward.
