Senior New Product Developer | Pet Food / FMCG

📍 Central London | Hybrid (3 days office)

💷 £45,000 to £60,000

A fast-growing pet food brand is building out its NPD team and looking for a Senior New Product Developer to help take new products from idea to bowl.

This is a hands on role sitting at the centre of innovation. You’ll work closely with marketing, supply chain, production and suppliers to deliver new launches; owning timelines, recipes, samples, packaging, artwork, compliance and everything in between.

What you’ll be doing

Leading NPD projects from concept through to launch
Recipe formulation, product testing and sample evaluation
Managing packaging and artwork approvals (detail matters here)
Tracking timelines and keeping cross-functional teams aligned
Researching market trends, competitors and customer insight
Supporting regulatory documentation and packaging compliance
Working with suppliers on ingredients, packaging and innovation

What they’re looking for

Experience in NPD, pet food would be amazing, but broader food experience within FMCG would still be great

Strong project management skills and comfort juggling multiple launches

Solid packaging/artwork knowledge

Curious, organised, detail-driven and commercially aware
