They are seeking a Senior Product Manager (AI & Data) to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI-driven and mobile-centric initiatives that power our next generation e-commerce experience. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineers, data scientists, and designers to create intelligent, seamless, and delightful shopping journeys for our customers. You will be the voice of the customer, blending data-driven insights with creativity to deliver mobile-first solutions that are not only scalable but also set new industry benchmarks.
What You’ll Do
- Help shape the roadmap for AI-powered features (recommendation systems, personalisation, predictive search, chatbots) and mobile experiences.
- Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics for AI-first and mobile-first capabilities.
- Collaborate with data science, engineering, and design teams to deliver innovative features that drive engagement and conversion.
- Analyse customer behavior, usage patterns, and performance data to inform decisions.
- Prioritise ruthlessly to ensure the biggest impact on user experience and business outcomes.
- Stay ahead of AI and mobile trends in e-commerce and translate them into actionable opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on mobile applications and/or AI-driven products.
- Proven experience in e-commerce or a high-growth consumer tech environment.
- Deep understanding of AI applications in personalisation, recommendations, and automation.
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with data and setting measurable goals.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to align stakeholders around a shared vision.
- Experience with agile methodologies and a track record of delivering impactful products.
