Job Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of both our customer-facing and internal products. In this key role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, and operations—to develop innovative solutions that transform how businesses are started and operated across the UK. You'll play a critical part in shaping products that deliver real impact and drive our mission forward.

🎯 What You’ll Own & Lead:

• Ownership of the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for both customer-facing and internal tools, ensuring alignment with 1st Formations' broader strategic goals.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams to successfully deliver products, from discovery and development through to launch and iteration.
• Ownership of product requirement gathering and prioritisation, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• The product performance framework includes defining key success metrics, monitoring results, and driving continuous improvements based on data and feedback.
• Advocacy for the user by leading the integration of customer insights, pain points, and behaviours into all stages of product development.
• Communication of product vision, progress, priorities, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the product lifecycle.
• Continuous improvement of internal processes and tools to support operational excellence and scalability

📚 What You Bring to the Table

• 10+ years of product management experience, ideally within fast-paced technology or SaaS environments where adaptability and innovation are key.
• A strong track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects from initial concept through to successful launch—balancing hands-on execution with long-term strategic thinking.
• A sharp analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data, extracting actionable insights, and tracking performance against clear success metrics.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with a history of effectively aligning and inspiring cross-functional teams.
• A user-first approach to problem-solving, with a genuine passion for creating impactful, intuitive product experiences.
• Resilience, ownership, and initiative—you’re proactive, resourceful, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to push through challenges and drive results.
• Bonus points for experience in business services or FinTech, especially in areas like business compliance, formation, or payments.
