Join Bango’s Product Leadership Team as a Senior Product Manager, where you will shape the future of Digital Vending Machine® — the backbone of subscription bundling for global businesses. The Senior Product Manager is the path Product Managers take into Product leader roles, with exposure to executive planning and cross-org influence. 

 

This role blends strategic ownership with hands-on product discovery. You’ll be part of one product team to work with directly and deliver impact and coach others across your group to have wider impact, helping Bango scale the Digital Vending Machine® globally. This is a great opportunity for a senior PM ready to level up while staying close to product and customers. 


You will have responsibility for identifying opportunities and shaping ideas that address the needs of our customers (both current and future) and continue to drive Bango’s success. You will be the product manager for one product team and will also oversee the delivery of use cases that may span your squad and others. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and coaching other product managers within your group. 


As an effective product person, you will thrive being very ‘hands-on’, bringing creative ideas and using multiple inputs to drive the product forwards. Your passion for building great products and evangelising product management best practice methods will be clear to everyone, as you help build the most compelling B2B SaaS products in the market.


You will closely collaborate with teams across the business, leading and facilitating activities with Engineering, Sales, Delivery, Customer Success, Marketing and Customer support, to drive the products towards the product vision, ensuring your products meet customer needs, and are successfully brought to market.

Own the strategy and roadmap for your product group.

Translate strategic goals into measurable initiatives with clear business outcomes.

Align across the product teams, ensuring end to end focus.

Align stakeholders across the company: engineering, delivery, marketing, sales.

Drive successful launches and ongoing product success.


  • Discovery & Delivery:

Lead discovery, hypothesis validation, and solution shaping.

Prioritize across customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility - including revenue and cost considerations.

Essentials

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS or platform business environment. 
  • Strong grounding in product viability, with a solid understanding of revenue drivers, cost structures, and how product decisions impact unit economics and profitability. 
  • Proven track record of end-to-end ownership of product areas and in delivering product value in environments with shifting priorities and evolving requirements. 
  • Ability to see how different squads’ outputs fit into the bigger product vision, dependencies, and risks. 
  • Strong discovery, hypothesis-testing, and customer validation skills. 
  • Technical fluency to be comfortable discussing APIs - you don’t need to code, but you do need to speak engineer and technical audiences. 
  • Coordinating PMs, deliverables, and interdependencies across multiple squads without losing momentum. 
  • Experienced working cross-functionally with engineering, delivery, commercial and support teams. 
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills - able to listen deeply, influence stakeholders, and articulate decisions clearly. 
  • Ability to represent complex product decisions clearly, persuasively, and with supporting rationale. 


Desirables

  • Domain & Market Knowledge: Experience with subscriptions, entitlements, telco integration; exposure to monetization, pricing models, or contract structures.
  • Technical Environment: Understanding of platform business models and technical customer roles; exposure to cloud-native environments and DevOps practices. 
  • Leadership & Culture: Comfortable in transparent, low-politics, high-trust cultures.
