Overview:
A global engineering and manufacturing company is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Product Manager to lead product development, profitability, and cross-functional collaboration across a diverse portfolio of engineered and manufactured products (not software or digital).
Key Responsibilities of Senior Product Manager:
- Develop and execute NPI/NPD product roadmaps
- Lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional innovation
- Support P&L management and margin analysis
- Mentor Product Managers and drive team performance
- Scope business cases and manage CAPEX investments
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
Requirements for Senior Product Manager Role:
- Degree in Engineering or Business
- Proven experience in Product Management of physical products
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Familiarity with NPD, SIOP, and Engineering Change processes
