Are you an experienced Product Manager ready to take the lead in a global engineering and manufacturing environment? This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the future of physical engineered products - not software or digital platforms - within a fast-paced, innovation-driven business.

We're looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader to drive product development, profitability and cross-functional collaboration across a diverse and technically advanced physically engineered product portfolio (ENGINEERED & MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS - NOT SOFTWARE, SERVICE OR DIGITAL PRODUCTS)

Key Responsibilities of Senior Product Manager

Based at their Engineering & Manufacturing UK HQ near Luton, the Senior Product Manager will be responsible for:

Product Strategy & Roadmaps: Lead the development and execution of NPI/NPD roadmaps aligned with global business objectives.
Innovation Leadership: Drive strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects to bring new physical products to market.
Financial Oversight: Support P&L management through margin analysis, cost control, and business case development.
Team Leadership: Mentor Product Managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Deliver insights that shape product direction and commercial strategy.

What You'll Bring

Degree in Engineering or Business Management
Proven experience managing physical engineered or manufactured products
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Advanced Excel skills and analytical mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
Familiarity with NPD, SIOP, and Engineering Change processes
