Product Manager | Climate Tech Startup
Location: London or Bristol (Hybrid, 2/3 days a week in-office)
Salary: Up to £90,000 DOE
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: ASAP (flexible for the right person)
Happy to announce that we're back partnering again with an early-stage, venture-backed startup building critical software infrastructure for the home energy transition. Their platform is already helping to decarbonise buildings across the UK by transforming the way heating systems are installed and managed.
In less than a year, they’ve signed over 500 customers and are solving one of the most painful, manual, and high-friction processes in clean energy deployment. Following the successful hire of a standout Product Manager earlier this year, they’re now looking to add a second PM to the team to help scale their product and impact further.
The Role
This is the second non-founder product hire. You’ll work closely with the CPO, designers, engineers, and customers to shape and ship products that deliver real-world value. The team is tight-knit, impact-focused, and moves fast. You’ll have significant ownership and influence from day one.
