Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Owner to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of an AI-powered Enterprise Workplace Platform. This platform will serve as the central digital workspace for corporate control functions (e.g., Risk, Compliance, Audit, Legal, Finance), providing unified access to content, services, analytics, workflows, and intelligent notifications.
In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, data science experts, and UX designers to deliver a platform that transforms how control functions access insights, take action, and collaborate across the enterprise.
You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business value, and ensuring that the platform delivers measurable improvements in efficiency, transparency, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the Enterprise Workplace Platform.
- Translate business needs from corporate control functions into clear product goals and feature priorities.
- Ensure the platform leverages AI capabilities to deliver predictive insights, automation, and intelligent recommendations.
Stakeholder & Partner Engagement
- Collaborate with leaders from Risk, Compliance, Audit, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Technology to gather requirements and align priorities.
- Act as the primary liaison between business partners and engineering teams, ensuring a shared understanding of goals, scope, and value delivery.
- Facilitate working groups, demos, and feedback sessions to validate solutions.
Delivery & Execution
- Own and manage the product backlog, writing clear and actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Partner with UX/UI teams to ensure an intuitive, cohesive, and engaging user experience.
- Work closely with engineering and AI/ML teams to deliver features iteratively, leveraging agile and scaled agile (SAFe) methodologies.
- Coordinate integration with enterprise systems, data sources, and workflow engines.
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Define success metrics, track performance, and use data to inform future enhancements.
- Leverage platform analytics to measure adoption, productivity gains, and risk management impact.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
Required
- 7+ years of product ownership or product management experience in large, complex enterprises.
- Proven track record of delivering digital platforms with complex integrations.
- Experience working with AI/ML-enabled products or intelligent automation capabilities.
- Strong understanding of corporate control functions (e.g., Risk, Compliance, Audit, Legal) or other governance-related domains.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technology.
- Expertise in agile methodologies, backlog management, and iterative delivery.
Preferred
- Experience with enterprise workplace or intranet platforms.
- Familiarity with workflow automation, analytics dashboards, and notification systems.
- Prior work in highly regulated industries (e.g., banking, insurance, healthcare).
