About the role

This is a part time, fixed term contract for 24 months.


We’re looking to recruit a Senior Programme Advisor, Latin America within the Conservation, Advocacy and Policy team at WWF-UK.


As the Senior Programme Advisor, you will provide strategic advice and oversight for a portfolio of international grants delivered by WWF Network partners, ensuring alignment with WWF-UK’s goals. You’ll collaborate with country offices and internal teams to support programme development, identify resource needs, and ensure quality assurance and risk management.


We’re looking for someone with significant experience in conservation or development programme management, strong collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies. You’ll need to be a strategic thinker with a track record of developing funding proposals and engaging stakeholders.

The salary for this role is £43,851 (pro rata). We also offer a full benefits and rewards package including:

This role is hybrid and you’ll be required to be in the office 20% of your contracted hours. The job is based at our UK head office, the Living Planet Centre in Woking, Surrey. The Living Planet Centre is one of the greenest buildings in the UK, and you’ll hot desk among trees and gardens.
