Programme Management Office (PMO) to help us deliver some of the most complex and high-impact projects across the organisation.
We’re facing big challenges — especially around financial recovery — and we need a
Senior Programme Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make a real difference.

You’ll be working closely with our
Head of PMO, executive leaders, senior clinicians, and operational teams to drive forward major programmes like the
Financial Recovery Programme (FRP) and the
Single Improvement Plan (SIP). It’s a role that blends strategic thinking, hands-on delivery, and relationship-building — all with the goal of improving care and efficiency across the Trust.
We are looking for someone who’s confident leading complex programmes, great at engaging stakeholders, and passionate about making things better. You’ll need to be organised, analytical, and ready to work at pace — but you’ll also be supported by a brilliant team who are just as committed as you are.
