I’m working with a rapidly growing Microsoft Partner who are continuing to scale their Digital Transformation practice. They’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to play a pivotal role within their PMO, taking ownership of large-scale client transformation programmes while also shaping the internal frameworks and delivery processes for the future.

This role reports directly into the Head of PMO and offers a rare blend of delivery and strategy. Not only will you manage complex transformation engagements end-to-end, but also act as the PMO’s right hand, supporting the wider team, refining best practice, and helping to expand client relationships through strong stakeholder engagement and commercial awareness.

To be considered, you’ll need demonstrable experience as a Project Manager (4+ years), ideally with at least 2 years gained in a consulting environment. A strong track record of delivering Microsoft-focused projects is essential, with particular expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and broader Microsoft technologies including Power Platform. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies is also required.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Project Manager,
• Strong track record delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE projects (essential)
• Experience within a consultancy environment (2+ years)
• Broader knowledge of Power Platform and Microsoft technologies
• Confident working in Agile delivery models
