Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction projects from concept to completion

Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards

Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities

Manage site logistics, H&S compliance, and risk assessments

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry

Strong network of subcontractors, suppliers, and industry professionals

Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

Outstanding customer relations skills, with the ability to manage client expectations professionally

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Health & Safety standards

Experience working in multinational and cross-cultural teams

Foreign language skills — particularly in Eastern European languages — are a plus but not essential.
