We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who believes delivery should be purposeful and client-focused. You'll join a collaborative team that co-creates solutions, supports one another, provides governance and actively embeds a culture of delivery excellence within client environments. You'll lead the successful delivery of complex, client-facing technology projects, responsible for managing the full project lifecycle across a diverse portfolio including, Modernisation, Application Development, Cloud Solutions (Azure/ AWS), Data & AI and Cyber Security.

This role can be completed in a hybrid way, spending 2 days a week in our Solihull, Dudley or London offices, or with our UK based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for external clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• You’ll embody TXP’s values, client focus, adaptability, responsibility, and excellence in delivery, in every aspect of project leadership.
• Demonstrate strong financial acumen by managing project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and ensuring profitability targets are met.
• Champion Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc) and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and technical teams to shape project proposals and delivery plans.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and communication across all levels of the organisation.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and quality standards.
• Maintain an unwavering focus on client delivery, ensuring satisfaction targets are consistently met.
• Mentor and support junior project managers and delivery teams, assisting the Head of Project Management in shaping a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability across TXP.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience delivering complex technology projects to external clients.
• Strong background in at least two of the following domains: Cloud (Azure/AWS), Application Development, Data & AI, Cyber Security, or Legacy Modernisation.
• Expert-level understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. · The ability to hold yourself and the team accountable to results and the willingness to share your performance results transparently.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
• Ability to develop and manage business solutions for complex problems.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum Master) are desirable.
• Experience working within a technology consultancy is desirable.
• Experience delivering projects in both public and private sector environments is desirable
