The Senior Tower Lead is responsible for managing and delivering end-to-end IT projects across infrastructure, data, and business transformation domains. This role involves leading project execution, ensuring governance compliance, managing stakeholders, and delivering high-quality outcomes aligned with organizational and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in project management methodologies, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

Minimum10+ years of experience in IT Project Management with a strong track record in delivering complex technology projects.

Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and enterprise systems.
Experience working in multi-vendor and cross-functional environments.

Methodology Expertise

Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and traditional project management frameworks.
Experience leading Agile teams is an advantage.
