Description

A global investment bank is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver a high-profile merge imitative within its London operations. This role supports the EMEA strategy, leading major change across both IT and non-IT functions and contributing to key operational programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full lifecycle delivery of Operations-related change projects, both IT and non-IT
Support the setup and integration of a new EU legal entity to drive strategic business growth
Ensure governance, cost control, and alignment to project delivery frameworks
Engage stakeholders, manage third-party vendors, and support steering committees

Key Requirements:

Proven experience delivering Operations change projects in investment banking
Proven track record managing multimillion-pound budgets and navigating shifting priorities
In-depth product knowledge of derivatives (IRD, FX Swaps/Fwds, FX Options)
Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills; strong communicator across business and technical teams.
Solid governance expertise, including RAID management and audit-ready documentation.
