As a Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of energy infrastructure. You’ll lead with empathy, collaborate across disciplines, and ensure our projects are delivered with care, precision, and purpose.
Key Deliverables
- Guide and support cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate design, procurement, and construction activities with a focus on collaboration and clarity.
- Proactively manage project scope, risk, and change.
- Champion quality, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and a people-first mindset. You might be a seasoned project manager or someone ready to take the next step in your career.
- Experience in project management within engineering or construction environments.
- Strong communicator and team leader who values inclusivity and diverse perspectives.
- Familiar with project management frameworks (e.g., APM, PRINCE2, PMP).
- Background in design or construction management (chartered status is a plus).
- Organised, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities.
