Role Overview 🚀

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing complex customer projects post-implementation – including all ongoing change initiatives, major updates, product enhancements, and yearly renewal cycles.

You’ll collaborate with customers and internal teams to prioritise and deliver meaningful changes that align with customer objectives. Your focus will be on planning, delivery governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across multiple accounts, often managing concurrent workstreams.

Furthermore you’ll take on the People Management of a small team of Project Managers, proactively supporting, mentoring and driving best practice in line with our Methodology.

Responsibilities 🤘

  • Lead customer-facing projects across change and annual renewal programmes in live environments.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Consultants, QA and Tech teams to scope and deliver requirements efficiently.
  • Own project lifecycle from initiation through to closure – including governance checkpoints, timeline tracking, risk mitigation, and communications.
  • Ensure outcomes are aligned with customer value, capacity plans, and our delivery methodology.
  • Monitor and manage multiple concurrent deliveries using tools like Jira and Adaptive Work.
  • Continuously drive improvement in customer experience and internal project processes.
  • Represent the customer voice internally, raising development needs through the right channels.

As the Team Lead:

  • Support the management and development of a small team of Project Managers, ensuring they are supported, motivated, and set up for success in delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers.
  • Drive a strong team culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and accountability.
  • Oversee onboarding, capability development, performance reviews, and day-to-day support for your team, adapting your approach to individual needs and experience levels.
  • Act as a coach and mentor, providing regular feedback, guidance, and stretch opportunities to support both career growth and business impact.
  • Ensure consistent application of our delivery methodology across your team, while encouraging smart adaptation where needed to fit the context of in-life change.
  • Support strategic alignment by contributing to team-level planning, resource management, and capacity forecasting alongside the Head of Project Management & Delivery Director for your assigned market.
  • Champion our vision and values in how we work, collaborate, and communicate – both within the team and with broader stakeholders across the business.
  • Take the lead on specific initiatives that uplift team practice, tooling, or process – sharing learnings and driving impact beyond your immediate team.

What are we looking for? 🔎

  • Proven experience in a Project Manager role, ideally in a SaaS or tech-led environment.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities.
  • A background in delivering ongoing change or product updates in live customer environments.
  • A structured, methodical approach with a knack for driving progress and removing blockers.
  • Confidence facilitating meetings, managing risks, and communicating clearly with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven experience in people management, coaching, or mentoring — or a strong desire to step into a leadership role, with the drive, self-awareness, and ambition to support and develop others as part of the next step in your career.

Bonus if you also have:

  • Knowledge or experience in employee benefits, HR tech, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Jira, and/or Adaptive Work.
  • Experience leading a team or mentoring others.

Even if you don't meet all of the requirements for this role, we encourage you to apply! We are looking for talented and passionate individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
