Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Real Estate / Workplace (Principal Consultant)
Location: London 3 days per week

Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager who has extensive Workplace, Real Estate and/or Facilities experience. You will be responsible for the planning, delivery, and evaluation of a major estate, facilities and capital development project for the organisation. The role ensures that the project is delivered on time, within budget, meeting the high-quality standards in compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
This role demands strategic leadership and agility. There may be occasions that require last minute travel to support projects at times within a different time zone, requiring personal flexibility. You’ll act as the bridge between local managing partners, office managers and central management ensuring requirements are cleared captured, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed.
