Senior Property Manager - Canary Wharf, London

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum plus bonuses, dependent on experience

Our flagship office is in Canary Wharf and we are expanding.

The role

We are looking for a proven Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a circa 150 unit portfolio and help raise our already high standards. You will join a fast moving, supportive team with clear progression, cross departmental learning and a generous salary and bonus structure.

What you will do

• Be the first point of contact for tenants and landlords, managing maintenance, utilities and tenancy queries
• Raise monthly invoices to commercial tenants and oversee arrears resolution
• Instruct, coordinate and close out maintenance works, ensuring value, speed and quality
• Keep all statutory compliance current, including EICRs, EPCs and gas safety
• Schedule and carry out property inspections with clear, timely reporting
• Re-negotiate your portfolios ASTs and pass to tenancy progression
• Manage deposits in line with scheme rules and handle negotiating and releasing at end of tenancy
• Support move ins and move outs to deliver a smooth check in and check out experience
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders and keep CRM records accurate and complete

What you will bring

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential property management with a track record of portfolio ownership
• Confidence managing time sensitive, high volume workloads and competing deadlines
• Experience successfully running a portfolio of around 150 properties
• Strong written and verbal communication with a calm, solutions focused approach
• Ability to work on your own initiative while supporting colleagues, including answering team queries and contributing to morning meetings
• Professionalism, reliability and pride in delivering excellent service
