An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major residential-led development.
With a project value of over £140 million, this innovative project will deliver c 500 homes. The scheme includes affordable rent, shared ownership, and private rental sector (PRS) units, offering a diverse and inclusive residential community.
Your role:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the commercial delivery of the project. You’ll support and help shape strategy, make key operational decisions, and provide guidance to junior members of the commercial team. This is a hands-on, leadership-oriented position within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Your experience:
You will have a proven track record at Senior Quantity Surveyor level, having worked directly with a main contractor or residential developer. You will also have experience working on large scale multi-phase RC frame residential developments and ideally have a degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial management.
