Senior Quantity Surveyor - Leiston
We’re working with a global civil engineering and construction specialist involved in major infrastructure projects. As part of a landmark development in Suffolk, they’re looking for a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of commercial and contractual elements of the project.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading cost planning and contract administration
- Managing subcontractors and supporting junior QS staff
- Overseeing procurement, variations, valuations, and claims
- Working closely with project and construction teams
- Supporting budget control, forecasts, and reporting to leadership
What They’re Looking For
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Experience on large-scale projects
- Commercial awareness and leadership skills
- RICS membership (or working towards it)
