Leading the commercial delivery of CP7 Eastern works, taking responsibility for cost management, forecasting, and reporting across multiple projects. You'll manage subcontract accounts, oversee valuations, and provide commercial guidance to ensure projects are delivered profitably and to a high standard.

- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally within rail or civil engineering
- In-depth knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial management practices
- Strong financial, analytical, and reporting skills
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Experience mentoring or leading junior commercial team members
