Senior Quantity Surveyor - London

£75,000-£85,000 + package

Are you an experience Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenging in a forward thinking business? My leading Tier 1 main contractor is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to help drive one of their major London projects forward. With a well-established commercial structure, strong leadership and a healthy pipeline of work, this is a great place to take your next step.

You'll be joining a contractor known for delivering complex, high-value schemes across multiple sectors. The focus here is on quality, consistency, and long-term success - both for the business and the people within it.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Lead commercial delivery of a major London project from pre-construction through to final account
• Manage procurement, cost planning, and forecasting across all project phases
• Oversee subcontractor performance, valuations, and variations
• Provide commercial leadership to junior team members and liaise with senior stakeholders
• Ensure full contract compliance and manage commercial risk effectively
  
  

Requirements

• Senior Quantity Surveyor experience with a main contractor
• Proven background in 2-stage tendering
• Comfortable leading commercial aspects of high-value construction projects
• Strong negotiation, reporting and stakeholder management skills
• Based in or around London (or able to commute to sites/head office in London)
