Our client, a Silver Circle firm with a Tier 1 ranked commercial real estate team, is seeking a Senior Associate with 4+ years PQE to join their market-leading group. The team advises a diverse range of high-profile clients including institutional investors, leading developers, and public sector bodies on complex real estate transactions across investment, development, acquisitions, disposals, corporate occupiers, joint ventures, regeneration projects, and real estate finance.

This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the largest and most sophisticated deals in the market, combining expertise in corporate, finance, and land matters. The successful candidate will deliver excellent client service, manage and progress legal work efficiently, build strong client relationships, and provide leadership to junior colleagues.

Candidates should have strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills, solid commercial awareness, and be admitted to practice in England and Wales or have recent UK transactional experience.
