FinTrU has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Receptionist to join our team in Derry/Londonderry. This is a front of house role to support the office management department, whilst being part of an effective wider team.

The role
- Providing administrative support and assisting Office Management and Corporate Services with general office operations
- Ensuring the office is professionally presented and always well maintaineed
- Assisting Office Management with Health and Safety requirements and schedule planning

Experience required:
- Minimum of two years working within professional services or hospitality in a client or customer-facing role
- Reception/business support experience
- Five GCSEs (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.
What you will be doing:
- Working across two FinTrU Sites in Derry/Londonderry, providing reception cover when required
- Greeting guests visiting the office in a professional manner
- Managing all incoming calls and correspondence and ensuring that they are directed to the appropriate member of staff
- Ensuring reception areas and the office are well maintained and professionally presented
- Supporting the Senior Office Manager with general office operations
- Relationship management with 3rd party vendors
- Ensuring the office is always professionally presented and always well maintained
- Providing administrative support and assisting Office Management and Corporate Services teams
- Inventory management
- Assisting office management team with Health and Safety requirements
- Assisting with planning, organising and coordination of office meetings and events
- Any other ad hoc duties commensurate to the role
