🔍 The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant in our Engineering team, you’ll have the chance to:

• Take ownership of existing warm client relationships while opening doors to new business
• Work across high-demand markets including Aerospace, Automotive, Emerging Technologies, Manufacturing, Power, Chemical, and Renewable Energy and specialist engineering sectors.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier talent
• Drive your desk like it’s your own business, backed by the support and resources of a proven brand

🧾 What we’re looking for

• Recruitment experience, ideally in engineering (but strong billers from other sectors are welcome!)
• A strong network of candidates and clients – and the hunger to grow it further
• Resilience, drive, and a competitive mindset – the qualities that separate good recruiters from great ones
