Due to continued client demand, we are actively looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our London team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the FinTech or Financial Services markets who is highly organised, tenacious, and passionate about recruitment.
We are particularly keen to speak with recruiters who can focus on Product roles and who have a strong track record of generating new business. While prior management or leadership experience is advantageous, it is not essential , we’re just as open to a high-performing senior recruiter ready to take the next step in their career.
What will you be doing:
*Working the entire 360 recruitment cycle: a blend of business development, sales, and recruiting
*Focusing on mid-to-senior Product roles across FinTech
*Creating and fostering high-touch relationships with active and passive candidates, as well as hiring managers
*Leveraging the firm’s existing relationships to map out and grow your own market focus
*Building genuine, long-lasting partnerships with some of the biggest names in the FinTech space
*Bringing commercial acumen and drive to open up new client relationships
What you bring:
*Knowledge and interest in the most current FinTech market trends
*3+ years of recruitment experience (experience hiring into FinTech is desirable)
*Experience working Product roles is a strong plus
*Proven ability to build and convert new business relationships
*(Bonus) Any exposure to management or mentoring junior consultants
*Competitive and tenacious nature with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels
*Highly motivated with clear examples of ambition, resilience, and delivery
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
