The Role:

We are on the hunt for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant or Principal Consultant to join our team in London. This is your chance to own your patch — we’re talking real autonomy, full 360, and the backing of a brand with serious heritage. If you are already smashing it in Data Privacy, Data Analytics, Legal, Audit, Compliance or Financial Crime (contract or Perm) we’re all ears.

You’ll:

• Build and grow your own specialist desk
• Partner with clients who value quality over quantity
• Organise and host meetups, roundtables and networking events
• Be encouraged to get out from behind the desk and build real relationships face-to-face
• Work with a team that values collaboration over competition
• Be on a pathway to build and lead your own team
