Senior Recruitment Consultant – Financial services

Flexible salary depending on experience

Uncapped commission up to 40%

This is a full 360 recruitment position involving proactive business development to win new client business as well as develop existing accounts. You will need experience of recruiting within financial services markets previously and proven success winning new business!

Experience recruiting in the Accounting and Finance market (focus in EU would be desirable but not essential)
Consistent track record of billings
As this is an area of growth - the team are looking for proactive business developers and someone with proven success of winning multiple new clients
Proactive and creative strategies to winning new business and networking with clients.
