Leadenhall Search & Selection are looking for a standout, experienced Consultant/Senior Consultant/Principal Consultant to join our dynamic and growing team. We are a boutique recruitment consultancy based in London, specialising in working with advisory clients across consulting, legal, private equity and asset management. Though based in the UK, over 70% of our revenue comes from North America. With a team of 30 employees and operations across the UK, US, Canada, and Europe, we are expanding and are seeking passionate professionals to be part of our exciting journey.
We’re looking for motivated individuals with 1-4 years of recruitment experience who are eager to take the next step in their career and benefit from substantial professional growth within a fantastic team culture. We offer flexibility, competitive salaries and an extremely lucrative commission structure. Our billers take home an average of 40-45% of the revenue they bring in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage your own recruitment desk, focused on generating client revenue from scratch.
- A focus on high-growth areas, ideally covering one of the following: Technology, Renewable Energy, Life Sciences, Investment Banking, Private Equity/Hedge Funds, and other emerging markets.
- Develop new business through effective client development, strategic outreach, and market research.
- Use LinkedIn and other platforms for sourcing, outreach, and relationship-building with prospective clients and candidates.
- Achieve and exceed personal and team targets, ensuring strong billing performance and not relying on warm roles.
- Work under pressure in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, with enthusiasm and determination.

- Expertise in client development and the ability to win new business.

- Comfortable working in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and using other recruitment tools and platforms.
