Pearse Partners is a specialist front office recruitment firm with presence across the UK, Middle East and US.
Our teams specialise across Private Equity, Investment Banking, Credit, ESG and Investor Relations. We've grown significantly over the past 12 months strategically doubling our headcount across the group.
We're now hiring across both our PE and Credit teams due to growth in the market and extended geographical coverage. We're ambitious to grow a global business and looking for recruiters at all levels to join the team.
Experience:
- 18 month+ recruitment or executive search experience
- Experience within Financial Services is advantageous, but if you're interested we can tech the sector
- Track record of phone based business development
- Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and clients at all levels
