About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior 360 Contract Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist team focusing on Manufacturing and Engineering within Pharmaceuticals. Key Responsibilities

• Full 360 recruitment: business development, candidate sourcing, and contract management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the pharmaceutical manufacturing and engineering space.
• Develop a deep understanding of client needs and industry trends to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for contract roles, ensuring compliance and exceptional service.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic business development and account growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in 360 contract recruitment (minimum 3 years), ideally within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or engineering.
• Strong business development skills and a network within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and deliver results under pressure.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulations within contract recruitment.
