What You'll Be Doing

  • 360 Recruitment: Own the full recruitment cycle-from business development and client meetings to candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiation.
  • Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, pitch our services, and grow your client base across West London.
  • Candidate Engagement: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and headhunting to find top talent. Interview, assess, and match candidates to the right roles.
  • Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates, becoming a trusted advisor in your market.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your branch colleagues to share leads, cross-sell, and drive collective success.
