Senior Temporaries Recruitment Consultant

Annual Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (Depending on experience) + Uncapped OTE
Location: Camberley
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Join Reed in Camberley as a Senior Temporaries Recruitment Consultant and take ownership of our successful Temps & Contracts desk within our Business Support division. This high-energy, fast-paced role is ideal for those who thrive in a sales-driven environment and are eager to develop new business, build strong client relationships, and place quality temporary candidates across Camberley, Guildford, and surrounding areas.

Day-to-day of the role:

Develop new business and grow the temporary recruitment desk.
Manage temporary and contract placements efficiently and accurately.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Source, screen, and match candidates to temporary assignments.
Attend local networking events, client meetings, and exhibitions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in fast-paced sales or recruitment (temps experience beneficial but not essential).

A proactive, confident communicator who enjoys relationship building.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work at pace.

Full UK driving licence required for regular client visits.
