About the Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to work on our Accounting and Finance team, where you’ll have 10+ years of existing relationships to leverage off, as well as the space to develop your own. Our expertise stretches from Analysts to Finance Managers to FDs and CFOs, with a team of 15 Consultants across London and Reading.

As a Consultant at Stanton House, you are an experienced recruitment professional with a track record of delivering an exceptional experience to multiple clients over a sustained period. You confidently run point on all key meetings with both existing and new clients, and feel comfortable delivering a 360 recruitment experience.

What we’re looking for

We are seeking an experienced permanent consultant with extensive knowledge of Accounting & Finance. The ideal candidate will be:

• At least 12 months of recruitment experience in professional services, with a focus on Finance and Accounting.
• An outstanding billing track record with proven sales and business development success
• Able to work with an intensity to get things done.
• Customer focussed, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
• A collaborative team player
• A positive attitude and resilience in the face of challenges.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work at pace under pressure
• A commitment to using best practice recruitment techniques, while embracing innovative approaches to improve processes.
