Montash’s UK & DE Contract Division is on the lookout for a high-performing Contract Tech Recruiter to join our powerhouse team - one of our five contract teams and already delivering 100+ live contractors. It's a major milestone and a reflection of the grit, consistency, and talent that drives us every day.

This team is led by Sam Onilado, a proven leader with over a decade in tech recruitment and a multimillion-pound billing history. He’s hands-on, driven, and a mentor who genuinely knows the game - and how to win it.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in contract tech recruitment (360 or BD-led)
• Brings energy, ambition, and a growth mindset
• Is hungry for success and excited to lead from the front
• Wants to earn big and build something bigger 💸
