The Role:
As a result of our continued growth and success in sustainable banking, we are looking for a talented Senior Relationship Manager to join our Wellbeing team to help us in our mission to make money work for positive social, environmental, and cultural change.
Our Senior Relationship Managers are responsible for delivering growth in the provision of Business Banking lending and products, through the development of new and existing customer relationships across your territory and portfolio. This role will be within our Wellbeing Transition Theme which encompasses healthcare (care homes and supported living for the elderly, children in care and adults and children with unique needs), education (including kindergarten, independent schools and colleges and Special Needs), arts & culture, religious organisations and recreation including leisure and sustainable/Green accredited tourism.
This role has a high degree of autonomy and offers hybrid working with a blend of home and remote working. Candidates will need to be able to visit their client base on a regular basis as well as having use of the Edinburgh/Bristol/London offices as required.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
What We Are Looking For:
In order to be successful in this role, you will have extensive relevant experience and a demonstrable track record of achievement in commercial lending within relevant sectors (primarily healthcare, as well as other sectors relevant to your role) and be able to deal with complex credit proposals and customers within these sectors.
You will have the ability to develop and manage a client portfolio encompassing these sectors with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with customers from a wide variety of backgrounds. As a senior member of the team, you will be required to mentor and train colleagues in the department and act as deputy for the Team Manager where appropriate.
