Your Career
This is your opportunity to step into a key commercial role where your attention to detail and customer focus will play a pivotal part in MHR’s success. As a Senior Renewals and Compliance Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the timely renewal of customer contracts, ensuring accuracy in proposals and contractual documentation. You’ll lead renewal discussions, provide clear guidance on contract frameworks, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth, efficient process. This is a fantastic opportunity to further develop your commercial and customer relationship skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Your Team
You’ll be part of our dedicated Renewals team, focused primarily on USME and LME segments working collaboratively with colleagues across the business, including Sales, Legal, and Customer Success. Your team is focused on delivering a seamless renewal experience for our customers, using tools like Salesforce to track and manage key information. In this environment, you’ll not only build strong internal relationships but also have the chance to mentor and support junior team members, sharing best practices and contributing to the team’s collective growth and success.
Your Impact
Your role will be essential in ensuring continuity and satisfaction for MHR customers by managing timely, accurate renewals. Through your expertise, you’ll guide customers onto MHR’s preferred frameworks, support strategic forecasting efforts, and maintain high data quality standards. Most importantly, your efforts will create a positive customer experience that reinforces long-term loyalty and trust in MHR’s solutions.
