Residential Conveyancer - Canterbury
Location: Canterbury, Kent
Level: Solicitors / Licensed Conveyancers / Chartered Legal Executives (3+ PQE)
Contract Type: Full-time or Part-time (permanent)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
A highly respected Kent law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its Canterbury office. With a strong local reputation and excellent client relationships, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career within a supportive, collaborative team.
The Role
You will manage a busy caseload across a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Remortgages
Lease extensions
New build transactions
Flexible working is available, with the option of part-time hours (typically across four days) and up to 40% home working.
The Candidate
3+ years' PQE (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive)
Confident handling files independently from start to finish
Strong organisational and client care skills
A proactive team player with a focus on delivering excellent service
