Senior Residential Solicitor
Join a respected top 200 law firm where residential property work is valued, well-supported, and delivered with care. This is a senior role offering autonomy, influence, and the chance to help shape a growing residential conveyancing practice.
You will advise clients on the full residential conveyancing process, managing matters from instruction through to completion and registration. Working within a collaborative team in Wimbledon, you will combine strong technical delivery with client-focused service and business development activity.
Your day-to-day will include:

Managing a residential conveyancing caseload including purchases, sales, transfers, and re-mortgages
Advising clients clearly and practically throughout the transaction lifecycle
Supporting and mentoring junior team members within the residential property team
Contributing to business development through client relationships and lead generation

We're Looking For

Qualified Solicitor with 5PQE+ in residential conveyancing or residential property law
Excellent drafting skills with strong attention to detail and commercial awareness

Confident communicator with the ability to manage deadlines and client expectations

Comfortable working independently while contributing positively to a wider team

Strong IT skills with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems
