More About Your Role

The Senior Sales Advisor will have responsibility to proactively lead and take accountability of the performance and development of our new property sales / rental programme at Stow-On-The-Wold.

You will provide a first-class customer experience, delivering excellent customer service from the first enquiry right through to completion, acting as a personal advisor to all potential customers by following up leads and maintaining interest.

You will be expected to liaise with the Sales Manager to focus and implement key lead generation strategies to improve community engagement, whilst actively managing and nurturing a database using the CRM, Salesforce.

At Places for People, we are committed to a safe working environment so a basic DBS check is mandatory.

The successful candidate will come from a sales background. Knowledge of the New Homes Sector is preferred along with access to your own vehicle.
