Description
The successful candidate will drive the company’s revenue and sales strategy by producing and presenting insights on all relevant GTM data. The candidate will be equipped with multiple software tools and a great team to execute key projects, enhancing efficiency of operations, partnering with GTM leaders to present insights, and developing greater accuracy of revenue forecasts and budgets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop, deploy, and track GTM strategies to drive revenue growth in collaboration with GTM leaders.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to enhance operations, ensuring high standards of data depth and accuracy.
- Lead sales forecasting and govern related processes to maintain accuracy and reliability.
- Optimize the sales compensation process by automating workflows, validating targets, developing forecasts, and recommending policies.
- Perform ad hoc analysis across multiple datasets to support data-driven decision-making.
What You’ll Bring To Us
- Experience in revenue operations, sales operations, revenue excellence, go-to-market strategy disciplines, preferably in a high-growth SaaS company.
- Experience manipulating large amounts of data in Excel, with knowledge of SQL or other relational databases considered a plus.
- Strong background working with Salesforce.
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills, including task prioritization, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
- Proven track record of automating and extracting insight from operations.
- Passion for utilizing insights and data storytelling to drive business decisions at all levels of the organization.
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to manipulate data and generate insights.
- Experience with Alteryx, NetSuite, Metabase is plus.
