Senior Consultant, Risk & Health – The Role:

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Consultant has arisen within our Risk & Health Consultancy team.

We will provide a wide range of work experiences for the successful candidate within a supportive atmosphere. We will offer you the opportunity to demonstrate your abilities and tangibly recognise your efforts, with the potential for progression within the company.

Senior Consultant, Risk & Health – Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of clients holding a range of products and services, giving appropriate advice based on needs and requirements.
• Ensuring group risk and healthcare products are suitable for the intended target market and provide value.
• Promoting cross sales of risk/healthcare products within the Employee Benefits Consulting (EBC) division and being accountable for the delivery of business growth.
• Communicating the Broadstone EBC strategy and proposition to clients, providers and stakeholders.

Senior Consultant, Risk & Health – You:

• Experienced in managing relationships with larger SME and mid-market clients, providing holistic advice on multiple employee benefit products and services.
• Sound technical knowledge to advise on Group Healthcare and Group Risk products.
• Familiar with XPlan (or similar), flexible benefits platforms and other computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of the Risk and Healthcare market including providers, market trends and personnel.
