Who we are looking for

We are seeking a Quantitative Developer to join a Front Office Equity Derivatives team, focused on building and enhancing pricing, risk, and P&L infrastructure. The role has a strong emphasis on Rust development, with C++ experience required to work within existing core pricing libraries and analytics platforms.

Key responsibilities

Design and develop high-performance pricing, risk, and P&L analytics for equity derivatives
Contribute to the evolution of core pricing libraries and quantitative tooling
Implement low-latency, scalable services in Rust and C++ for front-office use
Partner closely with traders, quantitative modellers, and risk teams
Support intraday and end-of-day risk, sensitivities, and valuation processes

Your competencies

Technical

Strong experience as a Quant Developer within Equity Derivatives
Commercial experience developing in Rust in a performance-critical environment
Solid C++

experience, ideally within pricing or analytics libraries

Good understanding of equity derivatives products and pricing models

Strong quantitative background (numerical methods, probability, stochastic models)

Behavioural:

Strong communication, team spirit and ability to collaborate with relevant stakeholders (e.g. Trading/Structuring/Technology/Risk/Finance)
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking

Nice to Have

Python for analytics, prototyping, or tooling
Experience with market data pipelines or regulatory reporting (e.g. FRTB)
Exposure to distributed or low-latency systems

Education

MSc or PhD in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Quantitative Finance, or a related field
