Role Overview

Currently we are looking for the Senior Sales Executive who will be responsible for ensuring the success and growth of assigned and development of new client accounts within the Financial Services and Insurance sector in the United Kingdom.


This role plays a critical part in representing our Consulting & Engineering Services (CES) organization, acting as the key link between our clients and our solution areas, including Data & AI, Custom Applications, SAP, and others. The role is focused on driving growth by managing and expanding a core portfolio of financial services clients.


Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and solicit business relationships with new and existing clients
  • Responsible for driving pro-active acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing throughout the UK market, with specific focus on penetration into high value prospective clients
  • Engage in targeted sales activates based on market research
  • Attain and exceed annual sales targets
  • Proactively cross-sell and upsell Company solutions and services
  • Drive sourcing, building, and delivery of RFPs for named accounts
  • Actively participate in forecasting revenue
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities from qualified client prospects
  • Develop and execute new approaches and opportunities for expanding client base
  • Lead a team of sales experts and be responsible for monitoring and achieving targets
  • Collaborate with global operations to identify and develop service and solution offerings to meet client needs


Key Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in sales management, business development or account management roles
  • Previous knowledge or experience in modern Financial Services and Insurance sector
  • Track record in successfully engaging new markets and new clients across the region
  • Technical background (general IT knowledge, not necessarily hands-on experience)
  • Proven team leader and mentor
  • Ability to manage and drive revenue 20+ million GBP in both existing business and new business development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to speak publicly to groups, and create and develop compelling presentations and collateral and present solutions to customers and prospects
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all key stakeholders (both internal and external)
  • Must have high energy level, high degree of integrity, self-motivated, positive attitude, proactive approach to work, confidence
  • Experience of creating and executing sales strategies, business and account plans
