Senior Sales Negotiator - Chelsea - £30,000 to £40,000 dependant on experience
My client, a successful boutique top tier Real Estate Agency are seeking an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator join their small but professional team, in their modern office based in Chelsea.
Duties Include
- Conduct market appraisals and convert into instructions with confidence
- Build and manage the portfolio of high-end clients
- Conduct and arrange property viewings
- Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers
- Provide ongoing vendor feedback and maintain regular communication
- Build up strong relationships with clients, buyers, search agents and estate agents
- Assist in the general running and profitability of the business through marketing strategies and on-going business development
Skills And Expertise Required
- An ambitious and polished sales negotiator who is self-motivated, driven and a good networker in the market.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Sales Negotiator in Prime Central London
- Strong knowledge of the prime Central London Market
- Confidence dealing with high-net-worth clients, both domestic and international
- Understanding of tax implications for UK and overseas buyers
- Knowledge of current residential property legislation and market trends
- A good understanding and training in AML requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a small team
- Full UK driving licence (clean)
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
Location: Chelsea
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
