At Hargreaves Lansdown our customer helpdesk provides support for 1200 users using Salesforce Service Cloud Platform with Omni Channel Routing and Amazon Connect for Voice. As our organisation continues to grow and evolve, we are looking for several Senior Salesforce Administrators to develop solutions and provide ongoing support to our Helpdesk Colleagues.
What you will be doing
You will be working as part of a Squad of 7, in an agile environment delivering scalable solutions across Sales, Service & Data Clouds.
Your solutions will be AI lead where possible and provide Salesforce users with an easy to use and intuitive interface.
You will govern access, development environments and releases (profiles, permission sets, sandboxes, DevOps) to keep the org secure, compliant and stable.
Extend and fine‑tune Einstein, AgentForce and Data Cloud pipelines to power AI‑driven insights and automation Champion best practice and mentor the team, maintaining clear documentation and knowledge sharing.
About you
Interview process
The interview process for this role will be in two stages. The first stage will be a CV and technical run through. For successful candidates, the second stage will be a technical deep dive, scenario and competency based questions, face-to-face in our Bristol office.
Working Schedule
This role is based in our Bristol head office, BS1 5HL. This is a permanent full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This will require you to be in Bristol once a week, with hybrid flexible working patterns considered.
