Role Summary
Overview & Purpose:
The Senior Salesforce Developer leads a product delivery pod, working closely with Product Managers and Admins to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. They are responsible for defining technical solutions and leading development across their domain.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a cross-functional pod to deliver Salesforce capabilities within a defined business domain
- Work closely with Product Managers to translate requirements into technical solutions and user stories
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable Salesforce customisations using Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs
- Conduct code and capability reviews and mentor the other members of the pod
- Ensure alignment with TBI’s Salesforce architecture and CoE standards, especially championing CI/CD and continuous integration practices
- Contribute to technical design authority reviews and documentation
- Participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies
- Collaborate with other pod leads to share knowledge and improve delivery consistency
Skills, Experience & Certifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (required)
- At least two of the following (required): Advanced Administrator, JavaScript Developer, Platform App Builder, Sharing and Visibility Architect, Data Architect, User Experience Designer
- Deep experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and system integration
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrable experience in working in Agile environments, writing user stories, and working with a Product Management function
- Expert with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
